MABELS LABELS is running a contest to find a blogger to write for them for 1 year! The winner will also win a trip to NYC for the BlogHer 10' conference. Here are the deets:

1. Write a post on your blog in response to the following hypothetical situation: Electrical storms are going to wipe out the Internet (perhaps forever). You have one day left to write about your passions: what do you want to say to the blogosphere in 300 words or less?
2. Link your post back to Mabel’s contest site at www.blogcontest.mabel.ca and tag it "Mabel’s Labels BlogHer ‘10 Contest".
3. Email the link to your post to blogcontest@mabel.ca along with a contact phone number and email address.
Entries will be accepted from February 22nd, up to and including 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) March 15th, 2010. Finalists will be notified April 12th, with the grand prize winner announced on May 1st, 2010. Please see rules and regulations then start writing!

i know for the babes is probably the last blog yer reading right now. good thing, because i can tell you where to get all the great stuff for you and any kid you know before it all ends. its good that im here, because these items are things that you wouldn't know about if it wasn't for the internet! too bad these electrical storms are taking that away from us! aggghhh... i better write quick!
1. make sure you have tons of paper, because without the internet, email, and the web, you will be wanting to share all your experiences on paper.

2. ok. now you want to make sure you label everything before the lights go out! these handy labels will make it easier to find what you are looking for!
3. ok, for real. this storm is getting out of control. not only the lights are out, but the wind is picking up big time. i thought that maybe you could get these adorable lables also by MABELS LABELS to sew in yer tots clothes, in case their jacket or shirt, or whatever gets blown away!
